Augustus, Dupree, and Pondexter among WNBA All-Star reserves

Second-year players Seimone Augustus, Candice Dupree and Cappie Pondexter were among the WNBA’s All-Star reserves announced Monday, each earning the honor for the second straight season. Augustus, the reigning rookie of the year with Minnesota, is second in the league in scoring at 22.3 points per game — trailing only Seattle’s Lauren Jackson (22.6).
